Trial Mode Onboarding Process

Structured Access to AURA Workforce Intelligence Platform

Section 1 — Admin Registration


Upon approval for Trial Mode, your organisation will be registered as an authorised company within AURA.

The nominated representative will be designated as Company Administrator.

As the Company Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing organisational data
  • Uploading company documentation
  • Adding employees into the system
  • Initiating workforce analysis

During registration, you will be required to provide:

  • Company Name
  • Business Registration Number
  • Industry Sector
  • Company Size
  • Official Corporate Email
  • Preferred Administrator Username

Once the submission is reviewed, the AURA Administration Team will:

  • Create your administrator account
  • Generate secure login credentials
  • Issue system access details via registered corporate email

Access credentials are not auto-generated. All trial accounts are manually validated to maintain system integrity and governance.

Section 2 — Required Initial Setup


To activate full analytical capability within AURA, three structured steps must be completed.

Step 1

Complete Company Data Profile

You will input foundational company information including:

  • Mission and Vision
  • Strategic Objectives
  • Key Performance Indicators
  • Operational challenges
  • Business priorities

This establishes the contextual intelligence layer for analysis.


Step 2

Upload Company Reports

Upload relevant internal documents such as:

  • Financial performance reports
  • Customer satisfaction reports
  • Employee engagement reports
  • Departmental performance summaries

These documents enable deeper cross-level analytical mapping.


Step 3

Add Employees in User Management

Register employees under the User Management module.

Each employee will be assigned to:

  • Department
  • Job role
  • Competency framework

This allows AURA to generate structured Individual and Department-level diagnostics.

Section 3 — System Guidance


The platform is designed to be self-explanatory.

As Company Administrator, you will be guided step-by-step through the setup process via:

  • Structured navigation prompts
  • Logical module progression
  • On-screen system guidance

The system prevents premature analysis until all required setup components are completed.

Section 4 — Activating Organisational Analysis


Only after completing the following will the Organisation-Level Analysis module be activated:

1 Company Data Profile
2 Report Upload
3 Employee Registration

This ensures that all analytical outputs are contextually grounded and structurally accurate.
