Founder & Managing Director
A seasoned professional with over 20 years in learning & development and 15 years in SME development, Ghazali brings deep expertise in human capital strategy, workforce transformation, and operational excellence.
Before founding MMR, he held senior leadership roles at HRD Corp (formerly HRDF), where he served as Chief of a Special Purpose Vehicle, General Manager, and spearheaded national-level workforce initiatives under the 9th, 10th, and 11th Malaysian Plans.
